ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಶಂಕರಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮಹಿಮ್ನಸ್ತೋತ್ರದ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಮಧುಸೂದನೀ ಟೀಕೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದಂತಹ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ. ಟೀಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬಿಡದೆ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ರಿಗೆ ಕಷ್ಟವೆನಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಟೀಕಾಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ ಸರಣಿ ೧೧ ರಿಂದ ೧೬ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೨೦೧೭  ವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮಹಿಮ್ನಸ್ತೋತ್ರದ ೧ ರಿಂದ ೭ ಶ್ಲೋಕದ ಟೀಕೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
